What we collect

When you send an inquiry through innocate.me, we collect the name or organization, work email address, and message you provide.

Why we use it

We use this information only to review and respond to your inquiry and to assess whether an INNOCATE product or tailored solution may be relevant to you.

Storage and sharing

Inquiry information is stored in the INNOCATE Firebase project with access restricted to the operator. We do not sell inquiry information or use analytics or marketing tracking on this website.

Cookies and device storage

The website works with essential storage only. Optional preference storage is disabled until you choose to allow it. Refusing optional storage does not limit access to the website.

innocate_consent — essential cookie
Records your privacy choice and the consent version for up to 180 days, so the website does not repeatedly ask you. It is used whether you allow or refuse optional storage.
innocate-language — optional local storage
Remembers English or Spanish on future visits. It is created only after you allow preferences and remains until you withdraw that choice or clear browser data.
innocate-last-inquiry — essential session storage
Helps prevent repeated form submissions. Its value is used for one minute and is removed automatically when the browser session ends.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking technologies. If this changes, we will update this notice and request consent before activating non-essential technologies.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time without affecting your access to the website.
